We collect voluntary feedback for every piece of work we carry out, as you'd expect, customers that have a satisfactory level of service rarely provide feedback. It is only when customers are disappointed or delighted that feedback is given.

Below is a table that represents live information about the feedback Wavex has received to date. This is live, unaltered data about how our customers perceive our services.

We also make astonishing claims about our ability to resolve your problems quickly using the unique tools and processes we've developed - this saves you money, and associated downtime. Below is a chart that again represents live information from the past 6 months of time-banded calls. In other words, how many issues have been resolved in 15 minutes, how many within 30 minutes..etc. As before, this is live, unaltered data.

As you can see from the above table, where others offer an industry standard of a "response" within 4 hours, Wavex achieves a resolution not only within that period, but the vast majority within 15 minutes which is due to the unique applications we've developed to assist us in supporting you.
